I love it July 30, 2010 Holly Rossetti I was really happy to see that t turned it in to a fine powder. If it can do this to the other coffee beans that I take then I can only imagine what it could do to anything else, a must buy. I would pay more for it. bought this and the comparable Quasar Porte model because they both had good reviews. I have to say I dont use this for coffee. I drink a lot of coffee and have a hard time grinding them so I wanted something powerful enough to grind them into a powder so I can mix with my regulaqr coffee. The Krups was wonderful.
great product. July 30, 2010 darren C (new york) I don't use it for grinding coffee, but i use it for grinding flaxseeds. It gets the job done fast and easy, and its easy to clean.
Useless July 26, 2010 Douglas A. Hughey (St. Louis, MO. USA) Maybe I got a defective unit, but this product is absolutely useless. All it has to do is spin a blade, that's it. Yet, it can't even do that right. Half the time, the blade doesn't move and you have to force the blade a few revolutions with a knife before it will move of its own accord. And then it finally just failed completely, and I haven't had it much longer than a year.
Krups Fast Touch Coffee Grinder July 25, 2010 dwgibson A great little coffee grinder. Far superior to the similar and similarly priced Cuisinart model. Two of those burned out in the first week before I tried the Krups.
Krups coffee grinder nonpareil July 24, 2010 Donald J. Smith This is my second Krups coffee grinder, and I bought the second one because I thought the first one was losing the quick and sharp chopper upper agility of a world class machine. But guess what: The second one is no better than the first. Everything remains the same, so I'm working on becoming ambidextrous so I can grind twice as many beans... no, that's not true, except it is the same, a really fine machine. I fill up the well and get enough grounds for a couple of days, which is all you really want to have unless you like your grounds stale. I might point out that my coffee maker is Krups and so is my personal size espresso machine. I'll probably give one of the coffee grinders to someone in the family and get them spoiled on the superior attributes.
